• The URL of the material you believe infringes
• Your name, address, phone number and email
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act
• Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-notices

If your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice with the same level of detail.

Response time

We review valid notices promptly, usually within five business days.
